- 2019: Concept conceived – 25 like-minded seniors to live together
- 2020-21: COVID-19 pause – project halted temporarily
- 2022: Resumed post-COVID with renewed commitment
- 2021-24: Acquired around 10 acres at Bannikkuppe, Hunsur District
- 2024: 3 acres converted to NA, 7 acres developed as horticulture
- 2025: Construction underway – cottages, facilities, infrastructure for senior citizens
- 2026: Ready for habitation by Ugadi Festival 2026
